Frequently Asked Questions
Q Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier, or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges will depend on the final volume, weight, and destination of the shipment.
Q Do you have ISO 9001 and CE certifications?
Yes, we are an ISO 9001 and EN ISO 13485 Certified Company. We have obtained CE marks for many of our product series.
Q What is the minimum order that we can place?
We generally expect minimum orders to be at least US$1000. However, we understand that clients may need to place smaller sample orders initially in order to evaluate our products in their local markets. Samples are available upon request at cost.
Q Can I buy products similar to your catalogue but not directly shown?
Yes, you can. Please send us your reference pictures, drawings, or physical samples. Note that custom development and production will require a slightly longer delivery schedule.
Q Do you keep stock for the listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for standard listed products which are produced on a monthly schedule. However, availability depends on current sales activities. We recommend consulting with our sales team for precise real-time inventory details.
Q What materials are commonly used in your medical devices?
Our products are manufactured using medical-grade biocompatible materials, primarily Titanium (Ti), Stainless Steel (SS), PEEK, and high-strength Aluminum alloys.
